Nubia Flip 5G: Alternative to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip currently available with discount and gift

Nubia is offering the Flip 5G with a discount from now until June 28. With the voucher code FLIP50, the price is reduced by $50. Customers will also receive wireless headphones, the value of which is stated by Nubia at $59.99. The smaller variant of the Flip 5G now only costs $449, while the model with 12 instead of 8 GB of RAM and 512 instead of 256 GB of internal storage now costs $649.

The Flip 5G comes with an inward-folding screen with a resolution of 2,790 x 1,180, a screen diagonal of 6.9 inches and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. A second display allows notifications to be displayed when the screen is closed, allowing for the quick view of received messages and missed calls.

A Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 is installed. Although not a flagship SoC, the performance should be more than sufficient for everyday use, even for video gaming. The SoC also comes with a 5G cellular modem. The main camera has a resolution of 50 MP, while the front camera has 16 MP. A fingerprint sensor is on board. The battery has a capacity of 4,310 mAh and can be charged with 33 watts. In our review, the long battery life was impressive, although there are some limitations in terms of features. Alternatives to the Nubia Flip could be the Galaxy Z Flip 5 or Razr 40.
