DIY Arduino autonomous lawn mower can accurately position itself without GPS RTK

A Hackster project from Viktor Kurusa shows you how to build an Arduino-based autonomous lawn mower. The gadget uses UWB ranging rather than GPS RTK technology for accurate positioning. Ultrasonic and LiDAR sensors are used for obstacle avoidance, and you can record a map of the mowing perimeter with the device.

Mystery four-core, eight-thread AMD Rembrandt processor makes Geekbench debut

An unknown AMD Ryzen 6000 series processor, likely the Ryzen 3 6400 or Ryzen 3 6300, has been benchmarked on Geekbench. In the CPU benchmark, it scored 1,321 and 4,261 in the single and multi-core tests. Its RDNA2 iGPU pushed its OpenCL benchmark score to 13,755.

Huawei Smart Screen S86 Pro TV launches with 120 Hz 4K screen and 12 MP detachable camera

The Huawei Smart Screen S86 Pro TV is now available to pre-order in China. The 86-in device has a 4K screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and AG anti-glare technology. The gadget has a magnetically detachable 12 MP camera for video calls and posture reminders. Plus, various ports, including HDMI ARC, and six speakers are built into the TV.

Yaber Pico T1 portable projector is 0.52-in thick and comes with magnetic 360° tripod

Yaber has announced that it will launch a crowdfunding campaign for the Pico T1, a portable projector, on August 10. The iPhone-sized device is 0.52-in thick and weighs 5.3 oz (~150 g). The gadget comes with a magnetic 360° tripod, built-in speakers and a range of ports. Plus, you can connect to the projector wirelessly and download various third-party apps.
