Deal | Newegg offers 10% discounts for AMD's Ryzen 9 7950X3D and 7900X3D processors

While AMD’s Ryzen 7 7800X3D best gaming CPU is selling like hot cakes, the higher-end R9 7900X3D and R9 7950X3D do not seem to be doing so well. With the high inflation and uncertain macroeconomic conditions, the PC market is experiencing quite a downturn, prompting retailers to adjust prices even without AMD’s blessing. Newegg, for instance, is offering a 10% discount on the R9 7000X3D models, yet good deals for the R7 7800X3D are still nowhere to be seen.

Curiously enough, the 10% discount from Newegg is only available on the Ebay store. The R9 7900X3D has already seen a price adjustment right after the launch of the R7 7800X3D, but now Newegg is further slashing the price to US$539.99. On the other hand, the R9 7950X3D is only now seeing its first significant price drop from US$699.99 to US$629.99. Although AMD is supposed to offer these models bundled with the Star Wars - Jedi Survivor game, the Ebay listings do not specify anything regarding game codes.

The R7 7800X3D model remains priced at US$449. This one may be the best gaming processor out there, but it’s certainly not an all-rounder. For content creators, the R9 7900X could be a better deal, as this model is right now more affordable at US$413.98.
