Discounty is a new quirky, lighthearted supermarket management game by first-time developer Crinkle Cut Games. Discounty is set in the fictional harbor town of Blomkest. Players are appointed by their mysterious aunt to revive the struggling local supermarket. The game’s pixel art design and bright color palette create a friendly front, but beside the surface-level charm, there's a lot of local drama, townsfolk with personalities, and the occasional town resistance to your supermarket’s success.
As players expand their store, they have to strike trade deals with NPCs, and manage community relationships. Over time, they'll discover that each management decision and business negotiation has effects on the town’s social fabric.
