Motorola has launched the Moto Pad 70 in India with a 12.1-inch 2.5K display, MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor and 5G connectivity. The tablet also features 8 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, a 10,200 mAh battery and a bundled Moto Pen.

Motorola has officially launched the Moto Pad 70, following its earlier announcement of the tablet's main specifications and launch date. The company has now confirmed the available configurations, pricing, and sales details.

The Moto Pad 70 features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2,560 x 1,600-pixel resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The panel can reach up to 800 nits in High Brightness Mode and covers 96% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

The tablet comes with 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and either 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Users can expand the storage by up to 2 TB with a microSD card.

For photography, the Moto Pad 70 has a 13 MP autofocus rear camera and an 8 MP front-facing camera. The rear camera can record Full HD video. The tablet also carries an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Motorola includes the Moto Pen with the tablet. The stylus supports 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, tilt detection, and palm rejection. An optional Moto Folio Keyboard is also available and connects through pogo pins.

It runs Android 16 and supports Motorola's Smart Connect feature, which allows it to work with compatible smartphones and PCs.

The tablet also comes with four Dolby Atmos speakers, 5G, and a 10,200 mAh battery that supports 68 W charging, the same as the Moto Pad 70 Groove.

The Moto Pad 70 shares several key specifications with the Lenovo Idea Tab Plus, which is already known in global markets (also available on Amazon).

The base variant features 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage and is priced at INR 33,999 (~$357). The 8 GB/256 GB variant is priced at INR 36,999 (~$389). Both versions are available in the Pantone Sea Angel color.

The Moto Pad 70 will be available from August 15 through Flipkart, and Motorola's website. Selected cardholders can also get an instant discount of up to INR 5,000 (~$53) as part of the launch offer.
