Following the launch of the square-faced Moto Watch Fit nearly a year ago, Motorola is back with another smartwatch simply called the Moto Watch, and this time, it has partnered with Polar, a household name in the sports instruments industry and a fellow smartwatch maker.
Announced at CES 2026, the Moto Watch is a round-faced watch with a 1.43-inch OLED display (47mm dial) in an aluminum frame and sporting a stainless steel crown. The watch uses a 22mm band, and users have the option to choose from a stainless steel band, a silicone strap, or a soft-luxe leather strap, allowing them to style it for different outfits, activities, or events. The Moto Watch is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance, and its dial is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
Motorola says the Moto Watch can serve as a personal wellness companion that tracks daily steps, stress, and sleep quality. The smartwatch also has support for continuous heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen level monitoring. It also uses Polar technology to provide comprehensive insights into a user's health and provides solutions for better well-being.
One of the Polar features includes Smart Calories, which breaks down energy expenditure during workouts and shows users which energy sources their body used to recover after a workout. There's also Nightly Recharge, which measures overnight recovery and shows how a user's body responded to stress. Other health-related features of the Moto Watch include a hydration reminder and a medication reminder.
The Moto Watch also has dual-frequency GPS and features a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing users to answer calls and listen to audio notifications. Motorola says the watch has a battery life of up to 13 days but will last up to 7 days if always-on display mode is turned on. And when the battery is low, a quick 5-minute charge will provide all-day use.
Compatible with devices running Android 12 and later, the Moto Watch is priced at €149.99 for the premium versions with a stainless steel bracelet, while the version with a silicone strap will cost €99.99. Motorola will release the watch in select countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Oceania. It will also be released in the US, but its price hasn't been revealed yet.
