Motorola announces FIFA World Cup 26 variants of the Razr Fold and Edge 70 Fusion

Following the launch of the Razr FIFA World Cup 26 Edition, Motorola has announced that the Razr Fold and Edge 70 Fusion will also get limited edition models based on the upcoming football tournament. All three phones are collectively referred to as the FIFA World Cup 26 Collection.

Unlike the Razr FIFA World Cup 26 Edition which is green, the Razr Fold FIFA World Cup 26 Edition is black with a textured raised-dot pattern, which Motorola says is “inspired by the textures and materials of the game”. This textured back provides a better grip of the book-style foldable. The entire back isn't textured, as the 26 typography has a glossy finish.

Motorola has also added an official FIFA World Cup 26 logo which has a 24K gold plating. This gold plating has also been extended to the Motorola batwing logo.

The newly announced Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is also getting a FIFA special edition. This version of the phone has a leather-like finish designed to mimic the texture of a football, and like the Razr Fold variant, it features a 24K gold-plated Motorola and FIFA World Cup 26 logos. That gold accent can also be seen around the perimeter of the camera island.

Both phones also have custom software based on the tournament such as wallpapers, ringtones, and a watermark for photos. They also come with preinstalled access to the FIFA World Cup app and the newly released mobile arcade game, FIFA Heroes.

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion FIFA World Cup 26 Edition is already available to buy in some regions such as Spain where it is priced at €529. Motorola is even including its new speaker, the Moto Sound Flow as a free gift. The speaker itself costs €199 and can be pre-ordered on Amazon.de ahead of its release on March 31.

There's no info yet on the price of the Razr Fold FIFA World Cup 26 Edition, but Motorola says the collection will be available in select markets next month.
