Minisforum has introduced a new affordable mini PC, the UN150P. It sports the newly released Intel N150 CPU, which is from the Twin Lake lineup. This isn't the first system to feature it, as Beelink and Acemagic have already launched mini PCs that feature the same processor in December last year.
There's not much that differentiates the Minisforum UN150P from the Acemagic V1 and Beelink EQ14 either (curr. $189 on Amazon). However, it does come with a sleek chassis, which the company says is compact enough to fit in most spaces. Minisforum's new mini PC also sports what the brand calls "cold wave cooling," which promises to make the Intel N150 offer the best possible performance while staying quiet.
Another highlight of the Minisforum UN150P is the rich set of connectivity ports. It features:
- 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A
- 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C
- 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
- 2x HDMI
- 1x 2.5G Ethernet
- 1x MicroSD card slot
With one USB Type-C and two HDMI ports, the mini PC supports three display outputs at the same time. For wireless connectivity, there are WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Other notable aspects of the mini PC include support for up to 16 GB of DDR4 RAM running at single-channel and up to 3 TB of storage.
As for the price, the Minisforum UN150P is available only in one configuration, which features 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. It's currently available in the official store at $219.
