Morefine has launched the MS6 Plus mini-PC. The new model is exceptionally compact even by mini-PC standards and can practically fit in the palm of your hand, measuring just 72 x 72 x 42 mm (2.8 x 2.8 x 1.7 in) and weighing a mere 190 g (6.7 oz). Morefine has equipped the tiny computer with an Intel N150, which isn’t particularly powerful despite being a current-gen processor. It features four cores running at up to 3.6 GHz but lacks Hyper-Threading support, meaning it can handle only four threads simultaneously. However, this level of performance should be enough for running typical office applications (such as presentations) and digital signage.
Fairly typical for an ultra-compact system, the RAM inside is soldered and non-upgradable. The M6S Plus is outfitted with a rather reasonable 12 GB of LPDDR5 memory running at 4,800 MT/s. Instead of using eMMC storage, the mini-PC supports one M.2 2242 SSD with a capacity of up to two terabytes, connected via NVMe (and thus PCIe) or SATA.
More storage can be added using a microSD card. The M6S Plus features an HDMI 2.0 interface and a USB-C DisplayPort for 4K video output, three USB 3.2 Type-A ports for peripherals, and a Gigabyte Ethernet port. The system is powered through a USB-C port, requiring a USB PD charger rated at 36 watts or higher.
