The limited‑edition Be@rbrick Audio x Maneki Neko speaker blends designer‑toy aesthetics with QUAD’360 omnidirectional sound in a metallic gold lucky‑cat form. Launching January 31, 2026 for $999, it offers paw controls, Bluetooth 5 wireless music playback, and a user-replaceable battery.

Medicom Toy and Rinaro Isodynamics have unveiled the limited-edition Be@rbrick Audio x Maneki Neko Bluetooth speaker (BB4L2), launching on January 31, 2026 for $999. Newsletter subscribers gain access to ordering the limited-edition speaker 24 hours early, with all shipments expected to begin in early February 2026.

The Maneki Neko speaker is based on the Be@rbrick 400%, a designer toy figure released by Medicom in 2001 in Japan. The high-gloss metallic gold body houses two tweeters and two woofers using QUAD’360 sound technology by Rinaro to produce omnidirectional sound across a frequency range of 90 Hz to 20 kHz with 20 watts of total output. Two units can be paired to reproduce stereo music.

Users can control playback of music and volume by twisting the paws. The Bluetooth 5 speaker is rated for up to 6 hours of playback time and fast-charges in 1.5 hours, says the maker. Its 10.36 Wh battery is replaceable.

The lucky cat speaker measures 132 x 280 x 70 mm (5.2 x 11 x 2.7 in.) and weighs 0.87 kg (1.91 lbs.).
