Lenovo previews AMD Xiaoxin 2024 laptop lineup with Ryzen 7 8845H

The Lenovo Xiaoxin 2024 Ryzen Edition lineup was officially previewed in China. It consists of the Xiaoxin 14, Pro 14, 16, and Pro 16 laptops. There’s also an AIO PC in the lineup, which is the Xiaoxin 27. All of them are set to pack the AMD Ryzen 7 8845H, featuring eight Zen4 cores with a max clock speed of 5.1 GHz.

Reportedly, all the other aspects of the new Xiaoxin Ryzen laptops will remain the same as the 2023 predecessors. To look back, the flagship 2023 Xiaoxin Pro 16 laptop launched with Ryzen 7 7840HS paired with 1 TB of storage and 32 GB of RAM. It featured a 2.5K screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The launch price for this notebook is CNY5,799, which is around $816.

Then there’s the 2023 Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 14 Ryzen Edition. It debuted with the Ryzen 7 7840HS, 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 1 TB SSD. The launch price was CNY5,599, which converts to around $788. Both the 2023 Pro 14 and flagship Pro 16 came with a rich set of connectivity ports, including USB 4 and USB-C. You can expect a similar configuration for the upcoming laptops.

However, it should be noted that the Lenovo Xiaoxin notebooks are for the Chinese market. But they do generally end up as rebranded IdeaPad laptops in the international regions (Lenovo IdeaPad 1 with Ryzen 5 5500U curr. $350 on Amazon).
