Lenovo has been offering yearly updates for its ThinkCentre M90a all-in-one (AIO) PC since its first introduction back during CES 2020. This year, the company has announced the 4th generation of the M90a, the ThinkCentre M90a Pro Gen 4 with a focus on hybrid computing and collaboration in the workplace.
The ThinkCentre M90a Pro Gen 4 offers CPU options up to the Intel 13th gen Core i9 vPro along with optional Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU graphics. The AIO boasts a 27-inch QHD 350 nits display that can reproduce 99% of the sRGB color gamut.
Lenovo emphasizes a lot on the M90a Pro Gen 4's hybrid computing abilities. The AIO can not only share the screen with a smartphone or laptop but can also share M.2 storage space with these devices. Additionally, users of the Lenovo ThinkPhone and select Motorola phones can work seamlessly roam between their devices and the M90a Pro Gen 4 and share files, stream apps, and handle phone notifications.
The ThinkCentre M90a also puts security at the forefront. The webcam assembly includes an RGB-IR camera and a human presence detection (HPD) radar that, while enabling zero-touch login, can also blur the screen from those behind the user.
Additionally, Lenovo also includes ThinkShield protection that allows admins to protect data and restrict access to hardware such as USB drives. The company also says that the M90a Pro Gen 4 is MIL-STD-12-tested for durability and reliability.
The Lenovo ThinkCentre M90a Pro Gen 4 will be available in select markets. Pricing will be announced at a later date.
