The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2026. This new lineup will introduce the company's first Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 flagship phones, which will also possibly be offered with the Exynos 2600 SoC. While there are no official details about the smartphones yet, a photo showcasing three colorways of the S26 Ultra has just emerged.
This image is said to feature the dummy units of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, and interestingly, there's a colorway that resembles the orange shade of the iPhone 17 Pro. While the source of this leak is sketchy, a notable tipster, Max Jambor, has started to offer some follow-ups after the image surfaced.
Max's recent tweets hint that there won't be a black Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Instead, the tweets suggest that the top-end 2026 Samsung flagship phone will come in an "Orange or Tangerine" colorway, alongside silver and bronze-like color options. The orange shade will supposedly replace the black colorway that the company offered for the last-gen flagships.
It's also worth noting that Samsung offered the Galaxy S25 Ultra (256 GB curr. $934.99 on Amazon) and its predecessors in different colors other than the regular options. For example, the 2025 flagship is available in Titanium Jadegreen and Pinkgold, which are sold as online exclusives.
Samsung has also introduced a Titanium Orange colorway for the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which happened long before Apple launched the iPhone 17 Pro series in Cosmic Orange. That said, the orange shade of the Galaxy S26 Ultra isn't the only design aspect that's shown in the leaked image.
It also shows a redesigned camera island on the back, which is similar to that of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. This is something that the previous leaks have hinted at before. The image further highlights the rounder corners than S25 Ultra, another design aspect that previous reports have suggested.
