KTC is known for making budget monitors, and its latest is the KTC H32U6, a 31.5-inch 4K monitor that retails for $300. The office-oriented monitor is backed by a three-year warranty and is designed for a large high-resolution workspace.
The H32U6 comes with a 31.5-inch Edge-LED backlit VA panel with 3840 x 2160 resolution, 178-degree viewing angle and a 60Hz refresh rate as standard. It has a typical 300 nits brightness, a high 3000:1 contrast ratio, and supports HDR10. The panel is good in terms of color performance with 99% sRGB color gamut and 93% DCI-P3. It also includes factory calibration with a Delta E <2 for strict color accuracy for productivity tasks. The display is flicker-free, supports DC dimming, and has a low blue light mode in software for long viewing sessions.
The H32U6 has a clean white theme body and an adjustable ergonomic stand on the outside. It features a multi-functional quick release mechanism and a wide range of physical adjustments. The display can be set up with 45 degrees of bidirectional horizontal swivel, vertical height elevation, slight pivoting capabilities, and a 20-degree tilt angle. The chassis also supports standard 100x100mm VESA mounts for other desk or wall setups and weighs 3.75kg without the base.
The monitor also features two HDMI 2.0 ports and a single DisplayPort 1.4 connection. All three of these primary display inputs are fully capable of driving the native 3840 x 2160 resolution at 60Hz. It also includes a standard 3.5mm headphone jack for external audio routing.
