Honor is coming to IFA 2022 with a whole new ecosystem of products, a laptop, tablet and smartphones included
Given the ongoing Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 flagship launch season, it is surprising that Honor, an OEM linked to the debut of just such a premium Android smartphone and with 8 Gen 1-based devices of its own, has yet to join in. However, as it turns out, this might be because it has made its work on its IFA 2022 campaign public already.
Honor has now revealed that this conference appearance will take place under the tagline of "embrace the connected future". Accordingly, it seems that this means the former Huawei subsidiary will showcase a range of a collection of devices that might be intended to keep a workflow going across the resulting hypothetical first-party user set-up, or 'ecosystem'.
This dream of many hardware companies will apparently be supported by potentially new members of the OEM's MagicBook, Honor Tab, smartphone and TWS earbud lines. These possibilities are hinted at with graphics that outline the design of each product in question, one of which looks a lot like a member of the 70 series.
Therefore, an international launch for those camera-focused mid-rangers (hopefully with their Dimensity 8000- and 9000-powered flagships in tow) is on. Hopefully, Honor hasn't forgotten about the 8+ Gen 1 in the meantime.
