Govee releases new cheaper outdoor spotlights with Matter

Govee has released its new Outdoor Spotlights Lite in North America and Europe. These smart lights arrive as a cheaper alternative to the older Outdoor Spotlights 2 (4-pack curr. $139.99 at Amazon).
The Govee Outdoor Spotlights Lite are fitted with RGBWIC LEDs, for over 16 million colors and a range of white color temperatures. They are listed as delivering up to 450 lumens brightness, with the ability to dim the lights to suit your mood. Users can remotely control the Outdoor Spotlights via the Govee Home app, where they can choose from over 60 preset scenes. They offer Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and support for the Matter protocol should enable you to integrate the lights with many other smart home ecosystems.
Govee’s Outdoor Spotlights Lite are rated as IP67 dust and water resistant. They are suitable for year-round use outdoors, operating in temperatures from -4 to 113°F (-20 to 45°C). Each light has a black plastic casing and can be fixed in the ground with the accompanying stake accessories.
You can now buy the 4-pack of the Govee Outdoor Spotlights Lite at the brand’s online stores in the US and the EU for $99.99/€99.99. It remains to be seen when this product will be released in the UK.
