GameHub gets Epic Games Store integration, portrait mode, and more

GameHub, the popular PC gaming emulation app, has announced a handful of new features, one of which has been long overdue. However, the features are currently only available in a beta version of the app.
According to a post on X, the latest beta version of GameHub has received a handful of features, and among them is integration of Epic Games Store, allowing users to access a large library of games. This is a long-awaited feature that has been available on the rival app, GameNative, since February, 2026. Support for the Epic Game Store was also revealed to be available on GameHub for Mac which launched in beta earlier this month.
In addition to adding support for the Epic Games Store, the changelog says that users should experience a launch boost for several Steam games. It also mentions the ability for users to add their Retro games to the app and support for vertical orientation. Below is the full changelog:
- Steam Launch Boost: Games now start several times faster!
- Ultimate Virtual Controls: Our most powerful customization ever.
- Config Sharing: Share your layouts via Share Codes.
- Epic Games Integration: Access a massive library of Epic titles directly through GameHub.
- Landscape/Portrait: Switch modes seamlessly.
- Retro Emulator: Carry your classic library in your pocket.
As stated above, these features are only available in beta (6.0 beta), and GameHub has also added a warning that users will not be able to downgrade to an older version due to a change in the core architecture upgrade. If you don't mind, you can download the beta app from the source link below. No info has been provided about when these features will be available on the stable version.
