The G-Shock DWN5600-1 “Nano” has been popping up in different markets while US fans still have to wait. However, the launch on Casio.com (US) might be approaching, as the ring-sized watch has appeared on an unofficial store.
California-based Tillys has listed the black Nano for $110, becoming the first US-based retailer to offer it. While the outlet is not included on the official roster at locator.casio.com, the unexpected listing suggests an official rollout is nigh.
Tillys is selling only the black variant, with no listings for the red (DWN-5600-4) or yellow (DWB-5600-9), both of which launched in Asia and the UK. The store waives the shipping fee on orders above, but does not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
The black option sold out in the UK within 24 hours, where it was listed at £79.90.
The Casio DWN-5600 measures 23.4 x 20 x 7.5 mm, and it is to be worn on a finger like a ring. Despite being smaller than the regular DW-5600, the Nano retains most of the features, including shock resistance. It supports dual time zones, has an LED backlight, a replaceable battery, and is rated at 20 bar water-resistant.
