Epic Games is now rolling out Fortnite 7.10 across all platforms, but mobile phone users on Android have most reasons to celebrate because the new patch comes with full support for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 and Snapdragon 670 chipsets. Obviously, there is much more to the new update than just that, since everyone gets access to a limited-time event that has begun yesterday and is called "14 Days of Fortnite" so there is no point in talking about its ending date.
Thanks to the official support for the aforementioned mobile chipsets, the following handsets are now able to handle Fortnite without any risky third-party gimmicks: Nokia 8.1, Oppo R17/R17 Pro, Vivo Z3, Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and Samsung A8s/A9.
The special time-limited event comes each day with new quests and new rewards, as well as rotating large team and small team modes. Since the game is all about the holiday spirit these days, it should not be a surprise that themed enemies are coming to the Save the World mode.
In addition to the above, second-generation iPad Pro tablets finally received 60 fps support, while many minor tweaks and fixes arrived for all the versions of the game. Fortnite is currently available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, Windows and macOS, as well as iOS and Android.
