Fiio's upcoming cassette player is colorful and has Bluetooth support

Fiio has revealed it is making two new portable cassette players, and it has provided an early look and shared a few details. The two cassette players will launch as the Fiio CP11 and Fiio CP15 respectively, and the former has been confirmed to have Bluetooth connectivity.
According to a post on X, Fiio says it is catering to the “declining cassette player market” with two new models. Originally, its plans was to release just the CP15, but due to the challenges during the development process, it decided to add the lower-end CP11 to it.
The Fiio CP11 will feature an ultra-thin mechanism, a high quality magnetic head, a brushless motor, a brand-new motor servo drive and circuit design, and Bluetooth support, thus allowing for connecting a pair of Bluetooth headphones or earbuds.
Renders of the portable cassette player shared by Fiio show it will be available in three colors — Cream, Teal, and Red. All three colors will have matching buttons, save for the record and Bluetooth buttons which are red/orange and blue respectively.
The portable cassette player is also shown to have an LED right next to the Bluetooth button. The right side also has an array of ports that include a charging port, two audio ports, although one of them might be for a microphone, alongside a switch and a button whose functions are unknown. There's a door on the back of the cassette player. There's also a text printed on the back that says it supports 10W charging.
Fiio says the CP11 is scheduled to launch at the end of the year, but there's a chance it might get delayed as mass production will only begin when it meets their standards. The CP15, on the other hand, is still in development, but will be released in six months if all goes well. That means it should launch in the first quarter of 2027.
