After the official announcement happening at CES '24 on January 8, Nvidia is rumored to spread the release schedule for the RTX 4000 Super cards throughout the remainder of January.

Sources close to Chinese site ITHome claim to have knowledge of the exact launch dates for Nvidia’s upcoming RTX 4000 Super series. We already know that Team Green CEO Jensen Huang will make announcements at CES 2024 and it is speculated that this is the time for the RTX 4000 Super series official reveal. However, sales for the actual GPUs will not happen immediately after the announcement, as ITHome expects launches throughout the entire month of January 2024.

It looks like Nvidia will ready the most affordable models first, so the RTX 4070 Super cards are expected to launch on January 17, roughly a week after the official series announcement. This model is supposed to feature the same 12 GB of GDDR6X VRAM as with the non-Super version, but would get the most substantial CUDA core upgrade, from 5888 up to 7168, and the power draw could also increase from 200 to 225 W. Because of this, the RTX 4070 Super will drop the 8-pin connector support and require a full 12VHPWR one.

A week later, on January 24, the RTX 4070 Ti Super cards are rumored to launch. These would retain the same 285 W TGP, yet will feature 16 GB VRAM instead of 12 GB from the non-Super version, and the CUDA core count should increase from 7680 to 8448.

Finally, on the last day of January, the RTX 4080 Super cards should make their debut. The only notable difference over the non-Super version is the increased CUDA core count from 9728 to 10240, with the TGP remaining locked at 320 W.

Prices could vary wildly depending on OC and cooling system features implemented by AIBs, but, if Nvidia decides to release Founders Editions for each of the models, rumors say that the RTX 4080 Super could sell for $999, while the RTX 4070 Ti may go for $799, with the RTX 4070 Super starting at $599.
