We recently reported Vampire Survivors being the second free game in the Epic Game Store's Holiday Sale 2024 giveaway, the first one being Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria. When the game was officially unveiled by Epic Games earlier today, the leak turned out to be legitimate. Now, we have come across another new leak that reveals what could very well be the third game in the series: Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles. This dice-based roguelike deckbuilder will most likely be the next free game on the Epic Games Store. Just like Vampire Survivors, it is expected to be available for 24 hours, starting December 20, 2024, as part of Epic’s ongoing Holiday Sale giveaway.
This leak comes from a source with a proven history of accurate predictions - u/MeguminShiro on Reddit, who correctly predicted last year’s Guardians of the Galaxy giveaway and other free titles (see tweet here). Furthermore, they also predicted Vampire Survivors and Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria to be the first two free games - that too, a week before the game's official reveal as a part of the free Mystery Games list (check screenshots below). All the aforementioned info adds extra weight to this new leak.

Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles, developed by Little Leo Games, brings together traditional deckbuilding mechanics with dice rolls for a fresh strategic experience. Instead of playing cards, players roll custom dice that trigger abilities to heal, attack, or defend. The game’s system revolves around balancing risk and reward - which could be pretty challenging for players as they strategize their choices to progress through procedurally generated runs.
The game has received positive feedback from both players and critics. Astrea currently holds a "Very Positive" rating on Steam, with praise for its engaging mechanics, replayability, and polished design. It also has a pretty high 85/100 rating on Metacritic.
To run Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles on PC, you will need Windows 10, an Intel Core i7 processor, 8 GB RAM, 4GB VRAM, and 2 GB of available storage space if you want to abide by the recommended system requirements. Currently, the game is retailing for $18.74 on Steam, making this leak a pretty big deal for players looking to grab the game for free. If the information proves accurate, players will be able to claim Astrea: Six-Sided Oracles starting December 20 by simply logging into their Epic Games Store account and adding the game to their library.
As always, it’s best to keep an eye on the Epic Games Store when the time comes to confirm the giveaway.
