The Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro are expected to debut much later in the year as Xiaomi's sub-premium devices for the global market. Ahead of that, however, details of the two phones have now leaked courtesy of the company's own HyperOS code.
As revealed by the good folks over at Android Headlines, the Xiaomi 14T Pro "rothko" will bear the model numbers “2407FPN8EG“ and “2407FPN8ER“ denoting its availability on the global market and in Japan respectively. An Indian launch is not expected. The vanilla Xiaomi 14T, with the internal codename "degas", is apparently numbered as "2406APNFAG".
The Xiaomi 14T Pro is tipped to be a rebadge of the upcoming Redmi K70 Ultra, and will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9300. It'll feature wireless charging, a telephoto camera, and Leica branding just like last year's Xiaomi 13T Pro (buy on Amazon). Supposedly, both the Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro could sport the same camera hardware., but it's currently unknown what SoC Xiaomi will equip the cheaper model with.
