Decathlon has discounted its Stilus E-Touring electric bike in some European countries. Customers in France and Spain can now get the e-bike with €500 or 14% off the €3,499 RRP, allowing you to purchase the model for €2,999.99. The e-bike is also reduced by 6,000 kr or 13% in Sweden from 43,999 kr to 37,999 kr.
The E-Touring arrived earlier this year and has a Bosch Performance Line CX engine with 85 Nm torque. The engine can assist you at speeds of up to 25 kph (~16 mph), and a torque sensor ensures that the assistance feels natural. A 750Wh Bosch battery allows you to ride with assistance for up to 130 km (~81 miles) on a single charge. The e-bike uses a Microshift Advent X, 10-speed rear derailleur, with matching gear levers and cassette. An integrated display shows data such as your speed, distance travelled and remaining battery. Plus, thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, you can view further insights in the accompanying eBike Flow app for iOS and Android. Other features include Schwalbe Al Grounder tires, Clarks M2 hydraulic disc brakes and Spanninga lighting.
The e-bike comes in three sizes, small, medium and large, suiting riders from 1.50 to 1.89 m (~4 ft 11-in to 6 ft 2-in) tall. The model can support loads up to 145 kg (~320 lbs) and is compatible with the Riverside front luggage rack. The deal on the Decathlon Stilus E-Touring electric bike will run in Spain until January 15 and in France until January 17; it is unclear how long the offer will last in Sweden.
