Rotwild is launching its first e-gravel with eAssist in the R.R275 X. The gravel bike comes with the 250 W TQ HPR50 motor and can provide bursts of 300 W of additional power via the Boost Button on the handlebars.

Following its presentation of the upcoming e-MTB R.X1000 and the R.C.1000 e-crossover, Rotwild has launched its next new e-bike, the R.R275 X. This time it is an e-gravel, the first of its kind with eAssist, a newly developed concept that was introduced in the fall. The focus here is on the rider's own biomechanical power as the primary source of propulsion, discreetly and continuously supported by the Integrated Power Unit (IPU).

With its new e-gravel bike, the manufacturer aims to live up to its claim of "technical innovation through sporting ambition and perfect design." The R.R275 X is a sporty e-bike with the spirit of a racing bike that is primarily at home on asphalt, but can also handle forest paths, gravel or trails. The e-gravel is characterized, among other things, by its eye-catching design, which includes an integrated 1,000 lumen high beam and rear light. The tire clearance is 50 mm.

The new e-gravel Rotwild R.R275 is equipped with the HPR50 motor from TQ with a torque of up to 50 Nm. It has an output of 250 W, whereby the power can be increased by 300 W for short bursts or up to 30 seconds via the Boost Button on the left side of the handlebars. The integrated battery has 252 Wh and can be optionally expanded with a 160 Wh range extender.

The new Rotwild R.R275 X is available in two different equipment configurations, namely Pro and Ultra. They differ, among other things, in the wheels, both made of carbon (from specialist Xentis) with 28 inches, a 622 mm diameter and 25 mm for the internal dimensions, as well as the built-in gears, each with 1x12 gears. The Pro uses the Shimano GRX series and the Ultra uses the electronic SRAM Force AXS. The Rotwild R.R275 X Pro is priced at a RRP of EUR 8999 (~US$9600), the Ultra version at EUR 11,999 (~US$12,800).
