Cyberize ONE all-purpose adapter with fast-charging, 4K docking and up to 1 TB SSD storage is crowdfunding

The Cyberize ONE all-purpose adapter from IceWhale Technology is crowdfunding on Kickstarter. The company claims the device is the world’s first adapter of its kind, combining charging, port expansion and storage options. IceWhale Technology suggests that the gadget is perfect for digital nomads working in coffee shops, co-working spaces or Airbnbs.

The Cyberize ONE adapter includes a USB-C 3.2 port for 65 W fast charging and up to 10 Gbps data transfer speeds. The gadget also has two USB-A ports and a 4K HDMI output at 30 Hz; 2K at 60 Hz and 1080p at 120 Hz outputs are also available. The gadget is compatible with many devices, from smartphones and laptops to the Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck.

There is a standard model, the Cyberize ONE NEO, plus two further variants with SSD storage; the Cyberize ONE 256 and 1 TB offer 256 GB and 1 TB SSD storage, respectively, with a read/write speed of 550 Mbps. The compact device is similar in size to a credit card, though thicker, measuring 60.2 x 60.2 x 30.2 mm (~2.37 x 2.37 x 1.2-in) and weighing 99 g (~3.5 oz).

You can currently receive the Cyberize ONE NEO, ONE 256 and ONE 1T when you pledge HK$465 (~US$59), HK$699 (~US$89) or HK$1,249 (~US$159) to the Kickstarter campaign, respectively. The gadget ships globally, with delivery expected from October. The adapter is available in black and white with orange, black and white silicone belt options.
