Although the hotly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 still does not have a release date, CD Projekt Red has given us an insight into what it has in store for us. Most of the changes are little more than QoL improvements that fix minor annoyances that might hamper your Cyberpunk 2077 experience. However, it does address one major issue with the game's AI.
The most important change bought forward by Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 addresses the near-instant police response time. It'll take a bit longer (a bit being the key words) for the police to show up after a crime has been reported. However, the video shared by CD Projeckt Red showcased an interaction in the middle of the street, which only tells us half the story. Several players noted that the police spawned on desolate, hard to reach areas, such as rooftops, and it is unclear if the patch addresses this issue.
Other Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 improvements include better steering sensitivity for vehicles, the ability to get your car unstuck from awkward positions, and the ability to remap the dash ability on your keyboard. These appear to be the only major changes bought by the patch. We can also expect to see some platform-specific fixes. The Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.2 is expected to arrive by the end of March.
