The Blink Mini 2K+ is a security camera from Amazon that’s now available for $49 in two color options. A two-pack costs $89, while the bundle with three units is currently priced at $139. The Blink Mini 2K+ is a security camera designed for indoor use, although an optional weather-resistant Blink power adapter is also available and makes the camera IP65 certified.

In any case, the Mini 2K+ can record video at a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and up to 25 frames per second, which should result in smooth recordings. A 4x zoom is advertised as well, but this is probably a digital zoom and will come with a corresponding quality loss.
