Deal | Beelink SEi12 mini PC with 12th Gen Intel Core i5 on sale for US$279 at Amazon

If you are hunting for a tiny desktop PC for home use or to use as a home theater PC, you'll want to check out this deal at Amazon. Beelink is selling its SEi12 mini PC at for US$279 with a coupon that can be clipped on the Amazon page. 

The Beelink SEi12 sports a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U (10C/12T) CPU, 16 GB of DDR4 SODIMM RAM, and a 500 GB NVMe SSD. The tiny desktop has internal space for an additional 2.5-inch SATA III drive. I/O includes two USB-A 3.0 (5 Gbps) ports. a single USB-C 3.0 port, and a headphone jack on the front and a Gigabit Ethernet jack, two USB-A 2.0 ports, and two HDMI 2.0 ports on the back. 

Unfortunately, the SEi12 lacks Thunderbolt ports, but considering the price, that's not much of a dealbreaker. The SEi12 could make for a good home or small business PC and could also serve as a media PC considering its small size and capable hardware. 

We took a look at the Beelink SEi12 back in December. In our review, we noted that the machine offered great CPU performance and outpaced Intel's NUC11PAH at a lower cost. We pointed out some shortcomings as well, particularly the lack of DisplayPort support and Thunderbolt. 

The Beelink SEi12 currently retails for US$429 at Amazon, but there is a coupon on Amazon's page that knocks $150 off the price, bringing it down to $279. This marks a 35% discount off the PC's original price.
