Reviews for the Apple iPad Pro 11 2021

92.6% Apple iPad Pro 11 (2021) tablet review - The Apple tablet sparks the M1-Turbo | Notebookcheck
Unlike its bigger brother, the iPad Pro 11 (2021) does without a MiniLED display and continues to rely on IPS. Above all, the new M1 chipset enables an enormous performance boost and, with 5G and USB 4, other components are also brought up to date.
80% iPad Pro 11in (2021) review

That a tablet with an 11-inch screen could be considered both a perfect digital art tool and a 'throw in any bag and go' laptop replacement seems incredible, but this year's smaller iPad Pro is just that – as long as you buy the Pencil and/or Magic Keyboard. However, few apps can as-yet take advantage of this year's big performance boost – and there's one key feature that we expect from laptops that most of us won't want to live without.

The iPad Pro has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to hardware performance, and the new M1-based 11-inch iPad Pro pushes that even further, offering PC-like performance on a tablet. That said, it feels like the iPad is at a stage where Apple really needs to up its software game to match the hardware, and even the upcoming iPadOS 15 doesn’t really take advantage of the power available to it.

90% Apple iPad Pro 2021 (11-inch) Review: Untapped Potential
Source: NDTV Gadgets English
Apple really hit a home run with the M1 SoC and it's only natural to see this chip transition to multiple devices. I wouldn't be surprised to see future iPhone Pro models get a version of this SoC too. However, if you were expecting to see a massive jump in app performance or battery life between an M1-based iPad Pro and the 2020 iPad Pro with the A12Z Bionic, then you might be disappointed. I am referring specifically to the 11-inch model here, as I haven't used the new 12.9-inch model with the fancy mini-LED display.

80% Apple iPad Pro M1 review: The definitive showstopper
Source: Gadgets Now English
It’s been well-established that when it comes to the tablet experience, there’s nothing better you will find than the iPad Pro, or for that matter most iPads. The iPad Pro because of its capabilities — and now the M1 chip — can’t be looked as a tablet alone. It’s seriously good computing machine and if you can afford it, you really would be getting something that is built to last for years. The 11-inch iPad Pro starts at Rs 71,900 (Wi-Fi variant) whereas the 12.9-inch iPad Pro starts at Rs 99,900 (Wi-Fi variant). Throw in the Magic Keyboard — Rs 27,900 and Rs 31,900 — and you will spend more than what you will on the new M1 MacBook Air.

85% iPad Pro 11-inch review: This iPad feels more like a personal computer than ever before
Source: India Today English
The iPad Pro 11-inch is a great combination of hardware, design, and features. This model is also the best example of why bigger isn't always better. Compared to the 12.9-inch display, you save some money by going for a smaller screen and get almost the same enough experience hardware and software wise at a lower price. Unfortunately, the software still needs some improvements. I intentionally dodged the iPadOS 15 update for the review because I wanted to experience the new iPad Pro with iPadOS 14.6, and trust me on this, the overall experience is very close to replacing your laptop. For our readers, I will soon be doing a long-term review of the iPad Pro with iPadOS 15 after experiencing it for a few weeks.

80% iPad Pro 11in (2021) review: More luxury than laptop
Source: Macworld.co.uk English
The fancy XDR display on the 12.9in Pro means we can only say this is the second-best iPad Apple has ever made, but it remains a superb tablet. Beautifully designed and boasting state-of-the-art specs and features, the new iPad Pro for 2021 is a luxury tablet with a luxury price tag, and for most people it will be overkill. It's very fast indeed - far faster than it needs to be to run current apps. It has an excellent rear camera setup that most owners will barely use. And it has features like 5G and LiDAR whose real usefulness will only become apparent in the months and years to come. We should probably advise you to buy the iPad Air instead, unless you urgently need that upgraded front camera or Face ID. But if you can afford the Pro, you won't be disappointed.

M1 iPad Pro 11" - Honest Review after iPadOS 15..

It's pretty clear that people are DISAPPOINTED in the M1 iPad Pro's new iPadOS 15 software, which is obviously limiting the massive performance, but I think some people are overreacting..

iPad Pro 2021 (11-inch) Review: M1 power, iPadOS drawbacks
Source: Phone Arena English
Currently, the 11-inch 2020 iPad Air is the most solid alternative to this 11-inch 2021 iPad Pro. It will not only cost you much less but it is compatible with the same accessories – the Apple Pencil 2, the Magic Keyboard for iPad and the Smart Keyboard Folio. However, the new iPad Pro is powered by Apple's M1 processor, and there's a good chance that whatever big changes iPadOS 15 brings, such as desktop MacOS apps, those might only work on M1 iPads. That's just my speculation, but it's worth taking in consideration before buying the 2020 iPad Air over the new Pro model. Other than that, the iPad Air 4 features a nearly identical premium build, albeit with just a single camera, slightly thicker bezels around the display and of course, it is powered by the older Apple A14 processor.

90% iPad Pro 2021 (11-inch) review: Astonishing battery life
Source: Tom's Guide English
As this iPad Pro 2021 (11-inch) review shows, bigger isn't better in all ways. The 11-inch iPad Pro packs enough battery life to mop the floor with its big brother, and still offers the same improbably fast speeds you get on that 12.9-inch model. And since the new iPad Pro runs laps around the iPad Pro 2020's speed (which was already the fastest tablet), Apple's clearly just posting new records in the tablet world while the rest of the market is trying to catch up.

95% Apple 2021 iPad Pro with M1 review – lives up to its Pro name
Source: Tech Guru Daily English
Just when you were wondering what Apple could possibly do to improve the already excellent iPad Pro we see the company’s M1 processor has been added to the latest models to make them even more powerful and convenient. An iPad Pro customer is usually someone pretty savvy who want to get a lot of work done on the move and be creative and collaborative at any moment when inspiration strikes. And it’s different proposition to using a MacBook because the iPad Pro offers a hand-on touchscreen experience so it’s not a case of being a laptop replacement but a laptop alternative.

Apple M1 8-Core GPU: Integrated graphics card offering 8 cores (depending on the model) designed by Apple and integrated in the Apple M1 SoC. According to Apple faster and more energy efficient as competing products (like the Tiger Lake Xe GPU).

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Graphics Cards and the corresponding Benchmark List.

M1: System on a Chip (SoC) from Apple that integrates a processor (eight 64 Bit cores, 4 performance and 4 power saving cores) and a 8 core GPU (7 cores activated in the MacBook Air).» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

11.00":

This is a standard display format for tablet computers or small convertibles. You see more on the screen than on a smartphone but you can't use big resolutions well. On the other hand, mobility is not a problem.
