In recent weeks, Comet Lemmon has been visible in the sky, and recently, an impressive photo was unveiled showing this comet and the Milky Way in the night sky. And that's not all, because it is also possible to see other stars in this image.

Every year, numerous cosmic events can be seen depending on weather conditions. And this year has been quite exceptional with the visit of an interstellar visitor in our solar system, several comets visible in the sky, and the Geminids which will soon reach their peak activity. But recently, an exceptional image was unveiled, showing the Milky Way and Comet Lemmon above Hawaii.

This photo is particularly impressive because of the presence of this comet. It must be said that these celestial objects are unpredictable and can often undergo various changes during their journey. This was already the case with 3I/ATLAS, which fragmented into several pieces after passing through our solar system.

And as for C/2025 A6 (Lemmon), this comet has been visible in the night sky over the past few weeks, allowing many people to observe it. However, this has not been easy, as there were many factors to consider, including its brightness. Furthermore, it is important to remember that it will not be visible again for 1,350 years. In other words, the next time humans can observe it will be in 3375.

However, this photo was taken in November 2025, when the Comet Lemmon had a brightness equivalent to that of Uranus. And this shot was taken at the summit of the Mauna Kea volcano in Hawaii. Finally, it is also possible to see the Milky Way next to this object.
