Poco appears to be preparing for the launch of a new smartphone, likely the Poco F7 Ultra. This device is expected to be a rebranded version of the recently launched Redmi K80 Pro in China.

A new Poco smartphone has received FCC certification hinting at an imminent launch. The device comes with the model number 24122RKC7G which is rumored to be the Poco F7 Ultra. Although the FCC listing does not disclose the full details, it has provided valuable initial information about the upcoming device.

The listing reveals that the alleged Poco F7 Ultra will have three configurations including 12/256GB, 12/512GB, and 16/512GB. The smartphone runs the latest version of Xiaomi's custom skin, HyperOS 2 based on the Android 15 operating system.

Additionally, the phone features necessary connectivity options including Bluetooth BR/EDR/LE, Wi-Fi 7, 5G, 4G LTE, and NFC.

Recently, Redmi introduced the K80 series in China. The Redmi K series is often rebranded as Poco smartphones in the global market. For example, the Poco F6 Pro was a rebranded Redmi K70. Hence, there is a high possibility that the Poco F7 Ultra is similar to the Redmi K80 Pro. If it turns out to be true, expect the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite powering the smartphone. Additionally, it could have a triple camera setup and a large 6,000mAh battery like the K80 Pro.

For now, there has been no confirmation about the Poco F7 Ultra from the company itself. However, with the FCC listing, we expect the company to reveal some details soon.
