Affordable POCO X6 Neo gets official launch date, confirmed to come with 108 MP camera

The recently teased POCO X6 Neo is now confirmed to land on the Indian market on March 13th. Besides just announcing the launch date of the smartphone, the brand also has given a first look at the front and the back of the mid-ranger. As speculated before, the upcoming affordable phone will likely be a global variant of the Redmi Note 13R Pro. At least, that’s what the official promo images are suggesting.

But this rebranding isn’t something new, as we’ve already seen the POCO X6 (available on Amazon) launch as the rebranded Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (available on Amazon) for the international markets. Now, the X6 Neo could possibly be a second rebrand from the Redmi Note 13 series.

If that holds true, we will see the phone coming with a Dimensity 6080 SoC, 5000 mAh battery, 33W fast charging, and a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. Do note that these are unconfirmed specs, and Xiaomi may not release the POCO X6 Neo with the same exact specs as the Redmi Note 13R Pro.

What’s confirmed, though, is the primary camera on the back. As one of the promo images showcased (attached below), it will be a 108 MP sensor, which matches with the Redmi Note 13R Pro. An additional promo image from Flipkart (attached below) revealed that the phone will have a 93.3% screen-to-body ratio and a 7.69 mm thin body.
