If you have nothing to do this weekend, you can pass the time with two free games. One of them is available for free from Steam for a limited time. The other game has recently become permanently available for free - but only from the developer.

Gamers currently have another opportunity to expand their game library for free. We have summarized below what you can expect from the two free games.

Small Radios Big Televisions for free on Fire Face

Small Radio's Big Televisions publisher Adult Swim Games is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. However, the company is to be dissolved as part of a restructuring process. To prevent the game from disappearing completely, developer Fire Face is offering it for free on its website.

Small Radios Big Television is a puzzle game in which players have to explore abandoned industrial areas and solve puzzles. The focus is on collecting and listening to audio cassettes that immerse players in different worlds. The cassettes are not only essential for progressing through the game, but also provide insights into the history behind the abandoned locations.

On Steam, where Small Radios Big Televisions currently costs 12 $, the game has predominantly positive ratings of 77 percent with 77 reviews. The puzzle game can be played on PC and PlayStation 4. However, the free download only applies to the PC version.

Space Crew: Legendary Edition for free on Steam

The Legendary Edition is the expanded and improved version of the strategic simulation game Space Crew developed by Runner Duck and published by Curve Digital. The game builds on the concept and gameplay of its predecessor (Bomber Crew), but moves the action into space and expands the possibilities and challenges. The game normally costs 25 $. The ratings on Steam are positive: 75 percent with 2,063 reviews.

Players take control of a spaceship captain and his crew. The aim is to defend the galaxy from an alien threat known as the Phasmids. Each character has their own abilities, strengths and weaknesses. The crew must therefore be carefully put together. Crew members can take on different roles on board the ship - pilot, engineer, weapons officer and more.

The strategic elements of the game include managing the spaceship systems, navigating through dangerous sectors of the galaxy, battling enemy ships and creatures, and completing missions ranging from rescue operations to assault operations. Players must also manage their ship's resources, repair damage and make decisions that determine the survival of the crew in critical situations.
