It has been a couple of years since Acer made its entry into the two-wheeler market with the launch of the Acer ebii electric bike and the Predator Extreme electric scooter. Now it has unveiled a new electric scooter (e-scooter) at CES 2026 called the Predator ES Storm Pro.
Featuring a foldable aluminum frame and an IPX5 IP rating, the Predator ES Storm Pro has RGB lighting to improve visibility and notify other road users when braking or turning. Acer has also added a mount for smart tags so that owners can easily find their scooter if it gets lost or stolen.
The Predator ES Storm Pro is equipped with a 500 W rear-wheel hub motor with a peak power of 1,200 W that is connected to a 48 V (614 Wh) battery, which should provide up to 65 km of range per charge. It also has 29 Nm of torque and a 25% climbing ability.
According to the spec sheet, the Predator ES Storm Pro has a max speed of 20 km/h in select EU countries such as Germany, Italy, Poland, and Switzerland, while the version that will be sold in Spain has a max speed of 25 km/h. The version heading to the US will push the max speed higher to 32 km/h. There are four riding modes: Pedestrian, Eco, D, and S.
The Predator ES Storm Pro has front fork suspension and a dual spring shock absorber on the rear. It is equipped with 10-inch tubeless pneumatic tires on the front and rear, and also features a rear disc brake with Electronic Anti-lock Braking System (EABS).
The scooter weighs 22.5 kg and has a maximum payload of 120 kg. It connects to the Acer eMobility app, which allows users to view trip stats and vehicle stats such as battery level and remaining range. The app also allows users to customize lighting effects and also electronically lock the scooter.
The Acer Predator ES Storm Pro will be available later this quarter for €649. However, the exact pricing and availability for each region will vary.
