AURZEN has revealed the Boom projector, launching in the US this summer. The cheaper model has a 1080p resolution and up to 450 ANSI lumens brightness. Plus, the device has automatic keystone correction and screen alignment tools, with an integrated 34W speaker system compatible with Dolby Audio.

The AURZEN Boom projector was unveiled at Channel Summit EMEA 2023. You can use the projector to throw images up to 300-in (~762 cm) wide with a peak brightness of 450 ANSI lumens. The device has a 1080p native resolution, and its light source is expected to last up to 30,000 hours. Plus, AURZEN’s Advanced MPPQ engine optimizes the image, producing vivid colors.

The Boom uses the brand’s AI focus algorithm, automatic keystone correction, screen alignment, and obstacle avoidance tools. The projector has an MTK 9 series chip and a multi-core CPU, with VanOS allowing you to stream content from popular platforms like Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. Ports on the device include two HDMI, two USB and an audio jack, and the gadget has Bluetooth 5.1 and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity.

The Boom has a 34W surround sound system, supporting Dolby Audio, with two 7W full-range drivers, two 10W treble speakers and two bass vibration units. The AURZEN Boom will launch in the US in August, retailing for US$399. This appears to be the first projector from the brand to launch in North America. It is unclear whether or when the company plans to launch the gadget in other countries.
