A phone that impresses with a great display and long battery life - Oppo Reno15 Pro 5G

The Oppo Reno15 Pro 5G is a well-equipped mid-range smartphone with a distinctly premium feel. Its compact, high-quality build with IP68 certification, a matte aluminum frame, and Gorilla Glass 7i give it a robust feel, while the AMOLED display - with a peak brightness of nearly 2,000 cd/m² and a 120 Hz refresh rate - is one of the device’s greatest strengths.
The Reno15 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450, which delivers solid performance in everyday use and gaming, even if the use of older UFS 3.1 storage slows the system down slightly. The large 6,500 mAh battery, on the other hand, impresses with excellent battery life and fast 80 W charging capability. However, you’ll have to do without wireless charging, as well as UWB and USB 3.0.
The triple-camera setup, featuring a 200-megapixel main sensor, optical zoom, and an ultra-wide-angle lens, builds on the strong performance of previous Reno models and delivers consistently good photo and video quality overall, though it does show some minor weaknesses in challenging lighting conditions. The front-facing camera, with autofocus and 4K video recording, rounds out the impressive camera setup.
On the software side, Oppo delivers a modern interface with Android 16 and ColorOS 16, along with a long-term update guarantee: five major Android versions and six years of security patches. Overall, the Reno15 Pro combines a bright display, excellent battery life, and a good camera with solid build quality, but shows minor weaknesses in performance and features.
