A new update with free content is coming to Gran Turismo 7

Motorsport and car fans are in for a treat with the arrival of Gran Turismo 7 update 1.61 on 7 Wednesday July 23 at 22:00 PT, July 24 at 6:00 GMT and 15:00 JST. In addition to two vehicles, a true Japanese motoring legend will be making an appearance, as well as a number of new features.

So, without further ado, you'll have the opportunity to discover the '05 NISMO R34 GT-R Z-tune, often referred to as the ultimate GT-R. Designed by Nismo from disassembled used Skyline parts, this model boasts a 2.8 L engine that will have you glued to your seat. Of course, you'll be able to drive it on a variety of circuits, whether for pleasure or for competition.

But that's not all, as two other models make their debut in Gran Turismo 7, including the '22 Honda N-ONE RS. Although less popular than the R34, this is a small sports car with a turbo engine and six-speed manual gearbox. Next, the '22 Nissan Qashqai Tekna 190 2WD e-Pow hybrid SUV will be playable, allowing you to test Nissan's e-Power hybrid technology.

The World Circuits mode is not to be outdone, as three new events will be accessible. These include the Lightweight K-Cup on the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife, the Japanese FF Challenge 450 and the Race of Turbo Sportscars on Fujii Speedway.

The artificial intelligence Gran Turismo Sophy will also be playable on the High Speed Ring circuit. And if you'd like to take her on, simply click on the icon when you want to make a quick or customized run. 

Finally, a new Lone Pine location will be added to Scapes mode if you're a photo enthusiast and this art form holds no secrets for you.
