Mondraker unveils its 2027 Dusty gravel e-bikes featuring TQ's HPR-60 mid-drive motor and a 580 Wh battery. The flagship Dusty RR comes at a high price tag—though one key question remains.

Mondraker has unveiled its 2027 e-bike lineup, featuring the updated Dusty series of gravel e-bikes. Sitting at the top of the range is the flagship Dusty RR. As is standard for the category, the bike dispenses with front or rear suspension. Rather than providing a continuous maximum boost, the integrated drive system is conceptualized to deliver targeted assistance on demand, helping soften steep climbs and demanding off-road sections.

At the core of the Dusty RR is TQ’s HPR-60 mid-drive motor, which delivers 60 Nm of torque while tipping the scales at just 1,900 grams. It is paired with a generous 580 Wh battery—a capacity well above average for a gravel e-bike. An optional range extender can add an extra 160 Wh of capacity.

The carbon fiber frame weighs 1,710 grams and is engineered to offer a degree of compliance for enhanced ride comfort. While Mondraker has not yet released overall weight figures for the Dusty RR 2027, a weight increase over the 2026 predecessor (14.4 kg) is to be expected given the hardware changes; the previous model relied on a lighter Mahle X20 hub motor (1,390 g) and a much smaller 350 Wh battery.

In terms of components, the Dusty RR features a 12-speed SRAM X0 Eagle AXS T-Type drivetrain alongside SRAM Force AXS HRD hydraulic brakes. Mondraker lists the Dusty RR at €8,999, while the Dusty R comes in at €6,999. Both models share the identical frame platform, with price differences down to the spec sheet.
