Wacom Movink 13: Graphics tablet with over 8,000 pressure levels comes with OLED screen
According to the manufacturer, the Wacom Movink 13 is the first professional OLED graphics display. It is designed to produce graphics and illustrations in high quality and with high precision. An input pen is supported. The Wacom Pro Pen 3 recognizes 8,192 pressure levels, a tilt angle, and has three side buttons. There should only be minimal parallax. The Wacom Pro Pen 3 is supplied in a special Movink version that has a tip holder, which also serves as a tip remover.
The screen size is 13.3 inches diagonally, and it uses an OLED display. Accordingly, it should offer particularly impressive black and color reproduction. The DCI-P3 color space should be reproduced in full, and 95% of the Adobe RGB color space should be achieved. The calibration of the display is supported - this is particularly important when producing creations to be printed professionally.
The latency is specified at less than one millisecond, which should allow particularly convenient use. The system is a maximum of just 6.5 millimeters thick and weighs only 420 grams - making it particularly suitable for people who are often on the move. The system is connected via a USB Type-C cable. There are customizable touch keys in the narrow display edge, which should increase the efficiency of work processes.
The Movink 13 display is now available directly from Wacom for 850 euros. A cheaper alternative with a larger screen diagonal could be the Wacom Cintiq 16.
