The OnePlus 13S has now officially arrived after a spate of recent teasers. Packing a 5,850 mAh battery inside a body that is 150 mm tall and 71.7 mm wide, the OnePlus 13s also features Qualcomm's powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and OnePlus' new customisable 'Plus Key'. A 1,600-nit LTPO AMOLED display can be found too, among other high-end components.

OnePlus has finally started offering a smaller alternative to the OnePlus 13 (curr. $949 on Amazon) outside China. A variant of the OnePlus 13T, the OnePlus 13s is over 10 mm smaller than the OnePlus 13 while also being noticeably thinner, narrower and lighter to boot. It is worth noting, OnePlus has made a few changes between the OnePlus 13T and OnePlus 13s.

For example, OnePlus has dropped the former's 6,260 mAh battery capacity to 5,850 mAh for the latter's release. 80 W wired charging remains, as does a 6.32-inch LTPO AMOLED display that resolves at 2,640 x 1,216 pixels with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1,600 nits peak brightness. Likewise, the Plus Key has returned for the OnePlus 13s, which provides customisation options similar to the Action Button on the iPhone 16 series.

Meanwhile, a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset makes another appearance. Unfortunately, OnePlus has dropped 16 GB RAM SKUs for the OnePlus 13s, leaving just 12 GB of RAM options with either 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. The 50 MP primary and 50 MP telephoto cameras have returned, too. However, OnePlus has replaced the 16 MP front-facing camera with a new 32 MP sensor that combines an f/2.0 aperture with a 21 mm equivalent focal length and a 1/3.1-inch optical format.

The OnePlus 13s starts at INR 54,999 (~$641) with 256 GB of storage and comes in a choice of three colour options as shown above. Alternatively, OnePlus is offering a 512 GB variant for INR 59,999 (~$699). OnePlus has no plans to offer the OnePlus 13s in Europe or North America at this stage, though.
