MSI introduces the new Classic CR400
Ladies and Gentleman – Presenting to you the first member of the Classic series - the Exquisite CR400.
MSI has announced launch of its new Classic notebook series. We are going to talk about the youngest member of family today. The 14-inch CR400 features a uni-body design with 45-degree angled edges, which gives it a very sleek look. Moreover, MSI boasts of an in-house CFM (Color Film Print) technology that gives the CR400 a crystalline radiance. As MSI explains - when the light falls on the laptop from different angles, new patterns appear, giving the product a classic low-key elegance perfectly suited to fashionable lifestyles!
The CR400 features a 14” high-resolution display panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio and LED backlight. The screen has a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. It also has high quality specs with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and an NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G graphics card.
Other features include Windows Vista Home Premium, a 4-in-1 card reader, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, DVD drive, Wi-Fi, and three USB ports. You get an option of a 250GB, 320GB or 500GB hard drive. It supports 802.11 b/g/n high-speed WLAN, and incorporates a Bluetooth V2.0 + EDR module.
The new CR400 reportedly uses something called an ECO Engine technology that is exclusive to MSI. The ECO Engine makes it easy to switch between entertainment, presentation, word processing and energy-saving modes, depending on what you need to use the notebook PC for at any given time. This feature makes for a significant improvement in energy use efficiency.
It is not yet clear when this beauty will be released and at what cost.
