Laptopmag reviewed a piece and got 8hr 23min of juice

The Samsung Go, known as N310 elsewhere, comes with a 4-cell battery that’s being provided with the N310 in Europe and Korea which is good for up to 5hrs of mobility. I informed in earlier news that the US launch of the N310 might get a new name – Samsung Go, and an extended battery – a 6-cell 8800mAh battery that should give more than 10 hours of mobility. Well in a review Laptopmag did, it did not exactly give 10hrs, but came close to being one of the longest surviving battery with 8hrs 23min. The test included Web surfing via Wi-Fi. Though not quite as long as the Eee PC 1005HA (8hr 57min) and Toshiba mini NB205 (9hr24min), it will run a good part of your travel. Best part is that the battery isn’t annoyingly protruding out which makes the netbook one of the most compact in the market.

The Go also scores high on the design front – with an award-winning design along with its 10.1-inch glossy display panel that comes with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. Adding to its youthful aura, it comes in four different shades – although these shades are restricted to the exterior only. The edges are gone and give way to a smoother pebble-like curve. Samsung claims of a 93% keyboard for better functionality and comfort.

It is available now and retailing at $449.95-$494.63.
