Asus might impliment the USB 3.0 motherboard technology here
Asus came up with USB 3.0 motherboards back in October. Now they are planning to bring out laptops with the same technology. This was after HP announced its upgraded Envy 15 laptop series. The N61 and N82 will sport a 16-inch and a 14-inch screen respectively. Both will have options of Core i5 and i7 processors and will come with optional ATI or NVIDIA graphics card.
These two devices will have the USE 3.0 interface built-in which should facilitate much faster wireless file transfer – about at least three times over USB 2.0.
Pricing and availability are not known, although it is almost certain that these two machine will appear first in Taiwan.
