New Dangbei MP1 Max 4K projector officially launches with discount

The Dangbei MP1 Max projector has been officially released globally. Designed for the home cinema, this model was already available via the Banggood marketplace. It is now offered at a lower price at the Dangbei online store and at Amazon in various countries.

In the US, you can currently buy the Dangbei MP1 Max projector at the brand’s online store for $1,699 thanks to two discounts on the $1,999 RRP; at least the $200 price cut, also available at Amazon, is expected to run until July 7th. In European countries like the UK, Spain and France, you can buy this projector at Amazon for £1,599/€1,899.

Dangbei’s MP1 Max projector has a 4K (3,840 x 2,160 px) resolution and a triple laser and LED hybrid light source, said to deliver up to 3,100 ISO lumens brightness. It can throw images up to 300 inches wide, with a 1.2:1 throw ratio. Thanks to the integrated stand, you can rotate the DLP projector 360° horizontally or 135° vertically. There is 110% coverage of the BT.2020 color space and support for HDR10+. Other features include auto focus, auto keystone correction and screen fit, and the projector also has 3D capabilities.

The MP1 Max features Google TV, through which users can access streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube and Disney+, and there is support for Google Assistant voice commands. It supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, with HDMI 2.1 (eARC) and USB 2.0 ports. Plus, there are two built-in 12 W speakers with a 750cc Bass Chamber, compatible with Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual:X. The Dangbei MP1 Max projector measures 246.7 x 296 x 230 mm (~9.7 x 11.7 x 9.1 inches).
