The Ulefone Armor 34 Pro is now on sale. Specifically, the device can be ordered directly from China on AliExpress, with prices starting at $569 excluding potential import duties. Deliveries should arrive by early July, but shoppers should be aware of the lack of customer support, which can be an issue in case of a defect or return.
Looking at the spec sheet, the most unusual feature of the Armor 34 Pro is the built-in projector. It has a brightness of just 150 lumens and a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, both of which are very low numbers. That being said, it supports a projection size between 30 and 100 inches. The Ulefone phone also supports Widevine L1 certification, which is needed for streaming HD content from the usual services. The projector further comes with autofocus, but no automatic keystone correction.
The rugged handset also features a speaker with up to 98dB, and the battery offers a capacity of 25,500mAh in order to provide enough energy for the power hungry projector and flashlight, the latter of which hits up to 1,100 lumens of brightness. The Armor 34 Pro also meets the IP69K, IP68, and (at least partly) the MIL-STD-810H standards. Moreover, the display measures 6.95 inches and sports a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 600 nits of brightness.
A 64MP night vision camera is onboard as well, but the main and ultra-wide-angle camera both have 50 megapixels. The remaining specs include 16GB RAM, 512GB of storage and the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. The Ulefone Armor 34 Pro measures 7.2 x 3.4 x 1.3 inches and weighs 1.8 lbs, and it can be charged with up to 66 watts. Lastly, it also acts as a power bank and can charge other devices with up to 10 watts.
