The Godz is a new mini PC that’s now available and seems to be suitable for gamers, since it features a dedicated AMD Radeon RX graphics card and decent Ryzen 7 processor as well as support for lots of memory and SSD storage.
The Aoostar Godz is now available for purchase. Specifically, the mini PC can be ordered for prices starting at $884 on Geekbuying. Since this computer ships directly from China, prospective buyers should be aware of possible import fees and delivery restrictions in their specific location.
That said, the Godz measures 8.1 x 4.7 x 1.6 inches and promises decent performance. Both the processor and the dedicated graphics card are from AMD, as Aoostar opted for the Ryzen 7 7435HS and a Radeon RX 6600 LE. This CPU features eight cores with hyperthreading, while the graphics card sports 8GB GDDR6 VRAM. In terms of memory, the mini PC has two RAM slots and can be ordered with either 32GB or 64GB of 4,800MHz DDR5. A second M.2 2280 SSD can be installed, so the operating system doesn’t have to be reinstalled in order to upgrade the storage.
In terms of connectivity, the Aoostar mini PC offers WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Additionally, there are two Ethernet ports with 2.5Gbit/s each. The Godz also has USB Type-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 4 and a total of five USB 3.2 ports. Lastly, there are two separate 3.5mm jacks for a microphone and speakers or headphones on the front as well as on the back.

I have been active as a journalist for over 10 years, most of it in the field of technology. I worked for Tom’s Hardware and ComputerBase, among others, and have been working for Notebookcheck since 2017. My current focus is particularly on mini PCs and single-board computers such as the Raspberry Pi – so in other words, compact systems with a lot of potential. In addition, I have a soft spot for all kinds of wearables, especially smartwatches. My main profession is as a laboratory engineer, which is why neither scientific contexts nor the interpretation of complex measurements are foreign to me.

My fascination for technology goes back a long way to the Pentium II era. Modding, overclocking and treasuring computer hardware has since become an integral part of my life. As a student, I further developed a keen interest in mobile technologies that can make the stressful college life so much easier. After I fell in love with the creation of digital content while working in a marketing position, I now scour the web to bring you the most exciting topics in the world of tech. Outside the office, I’m particularly passionate about motorsports and mountain biking.
