Drug Dealer Simulator 2 co-op demo hits Steam next week
Set in the early 2000s on the fictional Isla Sombra, described as "a haven for cartels and small-time dealers," Drug Dealer Simulator 2 is scheduled to arrive in 2024. Its predecessor was released in April 2020 and was received by Steam users (87% positives from 14,989 ratings since release, and 91% out of 304 votes recorded in the last 30 days). Those interested in giving Drug Dealer Simulator 2 a try can do so starting next week.
The demo will go live on December 18 and will be available until January 2, when the servers will be taken offline. It promises to provide gamers with a few hours of open-world fun during which they will be trying to manufacture and distribute cannabis and amphetamine. Obviously, there are no real-life accurate recipes and methods involved. More details about the upcoming co-op demo will be shared by the developers in the coming days.
The system requirements of this title are reasonable: Windows 10 (buy the 64-bit Home edition on Amazon), Intel Core i7-6700 (or equivalent), 16 GB RAM, 15 GB drive space, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (or equivalent), as well as a DirectX-compatible sound output. Obviously, the retail version, which is expected to launch in Q1 2024 if everything goes well, might have even lower hardware needs.
