iQOO flagship compact OLED gaming tablet's battery and charging speed leaked

New details have surfaced about iQOO's rumored compact tablet, adding to earlier reports that the device, certified under model number iPA2691, is expected to launch alongside the iQOO 16 series. Leaker Digital Chat Station claims the device's engineering sample carries a roughly 9,000 mAh battery paired with 66W wired charging.
The same leak points to a "fully configured" flagship-tier chip built on a 2nm process, alongside a large-capacity cooling fan. This lines up with earlier reporting that pointed to a next-generation Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series chipset, and the "full config" phrasing suggests the top-end Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 variant specifically. Active cooling is unusual for a tablet in this size class and suggests iQOO is targeting sustained performance for gaming or creative workloads rather than prioritizing battery life alone, which makes sense given that the new Snapdragon chip experienced severe throttling in leaked benchmarks. Rounding out the leak are claims of an OLED panel with a high refresh rate and a thin, lightweight chassis.
As with all engineering sample leaks, these specifications come from pre-release hardware and are subject to change before the tablet reaches retail.
