Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 spotted on Geekbench - Snapdragon 835
The Mi Mix, released in October last year, ushered in the current trend of tri-bezel-less displays that has been seen on devices like the Elephone S7, Doogee Mix, and Bluboo S1. Last year's Mix could be said to be Xiaomi's actual flagship, as it had enough power, features, and of course, an accompanying premium price tag. The Mix 2 is expected to follow in its footsteps and new info from a Geekbench listing confirms that.
On Geekbench, the device was listed as having 6GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 835 under the hood. Its performance was standard for a device powered by the SD 835, as it recorded a score of 1929 on the single core test, and 6431 on the multi-core test. This puts it slightly above the Sony Xperia XZ Premium and HTC U11 but still below the Mi 6, Honor 9, and Galaxy 8. Nothing spectacular, really, as devices running on the same processor are certain to have similar benchmark scores. As long as they don't carry the OnePlus logo, that is.
